Job Transport Planner

For our transport department we are looking for a Transport Planner for our location in Katwijk.

Eetgemak meals are delivered to various locations throughout the Netherlands. In this role you are busy planning our transport trips and supporting our group of drivers and delivery drivers on a daily basis.

As Transport Planner:

You are responsible for the daily planning of our trips (±20) and our drivers (±30).
Make sure that all rides leave completely in the morning.
You will work closely with the Head of Transport and the Orderpick department.
Communicate with the transport team about route changes and daily transport needs.

We are looking for someone who:

Affinity with the transport sector and the food industry.
Has a minimum MBO+ working and thinking level .
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a relevant position.
Handy with computers, including Excel.
Strong communication skills, flexible and stress-resistant.

De Eetgemak Groep is the specialist in preparing and offering fresh tailor-made dishes. Our company has its origins in a vegetable shop in Wassenaar. Today, with 500 employees, we provide no less than 30,000 people a day with a fresh meal.

At the Eetgemak Groep we believe that every person – regardless of age, health, diet or personal preference – should be able to enjoy (delicious) fresh dishes every day. We cook daily for different target groups: hospitals and care institutions, but also nurseries and people at home. We do this from our kitchens in Katwijk and we also work in various hospitals in the country such as the Radboud hospital in Nijmegen and the Maasstad hospital in Rotterdam.
