As a Quality Manager:

• You are responsible for guaranteeing and optimizing our food safety.
• Monitor the implementation of quality improvements.
• You manage the quality team (2 employees).
• Are you involved in setting up and maintaining quality systems at our production locations and branches in hospitals?
• Are you the innovator in the field of quality and do you advise the MT to take steps to remain a leader in the market?
• Leads you new and existing certifications.
• Do you focus on realizing the structure in the quality department and support within the organization.
• Are you aware of new laws and regulations in the field of quality?

• Affinity with the food industry.
• HBO has working and thinking level.
• 3-5 years of work experience in a quality role within a production environment.
• Possesses coordinating skills.
• Communicatively strong.
• Flexible and stress resistant.
